Publicize?

    Ok, so I have a WordPress blog that is not hosted by WordPress. I used simple scripts to install WordPress and I have noticed that I do not have the Publicize option.

    I have upgraded to the latest version of WordPress.

    Is there any way I can get the Publicize option or is that something that is only available to blogs created and/or hosted by WordPress. com?
