Publicize and linking Facebook and Twitter

  Every time I post to WordPress, I get a double post on both Facebook and Twitter. How can I fix this? I have WordPress linked to both, and they are both linked to each other as well. Ideally I’d like to keep it that way, but I’m guessing that I might have to just break one of the links and just have WordPress linked to Facebook and Facebook to Twitter, but not WordPress to Twitter. Is that wrong? I guess it’s possible that it’s some sort of error.
