Publicize feature doesn't handle correctly Portuguese characters

  I linked Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn with Publicize to share my blog post in these social networks. My posts are written in Portuguese and I notice the Publicize feature doesn’t handle correctly Portuguese characters.
  Exemple: “Instalação versão demonstração do Windows 8 Enterprise no VMware” is posted as “Instalação versão demonstração do Windows 8 Enterprise no VMware”
  Is this a bug? or just a misconfiguration?
