Publicize Followers Incorrect

    Hi all,

    I wonder if you can help – both my Twitter and Facebook followers are showing as lower than they actually are. I have 79 FB follwrrs and it’s showing as 54 and I have 31 twitter followers but it’s showing as 11s

    Can anyone explain why and does any have a fix for this? Thanks in advance!

    Hi there,

    I see 75 FB followers, and 31 Twitter followers if I look at your stats, so it looks like the numbers just took a while to update. I’ve still reset the numbers from our end so our system will fetch the numbers from those services again.

    If you’re still seeing the incorrect numbers, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if that makes any difference.
