publicize on facebook

  Hello! I’m trying to publicize my blog on fb but something goes wrong every time I try it. What might be the problem?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. Can you please try and explain what exactly it is that goes wrong?

  Are you manually posting a link to your post to Facebook, using the sharing buttons, or using Publicize that auto-posts to Facebook?

  Note that Publicize only works the first time you publish a post. Republishing or updating an existing post won’t make in post via Publicize again. Problems with Publicize can usually be fixed by reconnecting it. Note you’ll have to disconnect it from both your WordPress.com settings and your Facebook settings before you reconnect. https://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#reconnecting-services

  If the link posts to Facebook, but it doesn’t show the correct image or preview, try flushing your Facebook cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-image-thumbnail/#image-thumbnail-problems-faq

  Thanks for such a fast reply. Well I’ve never publicized (shared) my posts on facebook, to do so I’m trying to connect facebook page in sharing settings, and when I click all “okey” , it shows an error and says that “The Facebook connection could not be made because no account was selected.” But I’m logged in facebook.

  Okay. Please try the following: Clear your browser cache and cookies: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  Also make sure you have third-party cookies enabled in your browser: http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

  After clearing the cache, restart your browser and log in to Facebook. Next, log in to WordPress.com, go to Settings ->Sharing and try to connect to Facebook again.
