Publicize on Twitter with hashtags

  I run a free blog and I publicize to Twitter and Facebook. I’ve been trying to find out if there is a way of converting the tags in my posts (and perhaps pages too) to hashtags on these other two platforms. Is that possible or should I rather share the posts manually/ outside of publicize?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can edit the post and add the hashtag tags.

  If that is the case the edit button is very well hidden…can you please clarify?
