Publicize: Problem connecting to Twitter to create an authorized connection

  We’re experiencing an issue with Publicizing to Twitter at the moment and the problem affects all WordPress.com and Jetpack sites. The error message will state “There was a problem connecting to Twitter to create an authorized connection. Please try again in a moment.” Subsequent attempts to connect will also fail at this time.

  We have our development team working to fix this problem as soon as possible and we’ll post updates here as soon as we have more information.

  Thanks for this feedback! I started manually share to Twitter until this will be fixed.

  Thanks for your patience! We worked with Twitter to identify and fix the problem with Publicizing to Twitter.

  You should be able to post to Twitter normally now. If you have any trouble, please try refreshing your connection to Twitter and see if that helps.
