Publicize Problems with Checking and Unchecking
-
I have two Twitter account’s connected to my WordPress account and WordPress will not allow me to uncheck any from the publicize category. My wife and I both write, and for example, when she writes I would like only her Twitter account to appear — not mine. But again, it won’t let me uncheck either Twitter name.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Matt,
I went through and tested this out on your site (did not publish any test posts), but was unable to duplicate the issue.
The expected behavior is that when initially writing the post or editing a draft, before publication, it will allow you to uncheck the posts. Once the post has been published, the checkboxes “lock” to indicate what services were notified.
It may help to clear your browser’s cache (instructions) in case a corrupted copy of the script that controls that was pulled down by your browser.
Please let me know if you have any questions or if this is still acting wonky.
Thanks!

kraftbj,
It makes sense now! I was trying to edit the checkboxes AFTER the post was initially published. Now I know to edit that feature BEFORE publishing.
Thanks! It works great.
I appreciate your quick answer.
