Publicize shows Social Media Followers wrong

Pretty self explanatory, but my publicize feature is show less followers than there actually are on both twitter and facebook. Is there anyway to refresh and update this?

Hi, I tried a couple ways on our side to patch this up and nothing fixed it. Could you please try resetting each connection? I realize that’s kind of a pain but at this point I’m out of other ideas on what would get the follower counts to match.
