Publicize to Facebook does not work anymore

  I started my bog at the beginning of December. My first article was publicized at facebook automatically, as expected.

  On Sunday I wrote my second article that was surprisingly not automatically publicized at facebook. I cannot find why this is not working anymore.

  At “Settings” –> “Sharing” I am connected to my Facebook-Account. When writing an article my facebook-account is displayed at “publicize” and the checkbox is set at “edit”.

  Theme “Twenty Ten”
  Wordpress Version 4.0 (I think so)

  I see the most recent post is http://ralfisordinarylife.wordpress.com/2014/12/22/in-der-weihnachtsbackerei-2/ which is a URL you would get if this is the second post with the exact same title. Maybe that’s the problem?

  I have the same issue with my blog: edwardbrainblog.wordpress.com

  I have the Facebook connection set up and it used to work just fine. But now it does not work – although the connection with Twitter still works.

  Dear raincoaster,

  thanks for the remark. Yes it is the second post to this topic, but not the exact same title. I have posted the content one day before but deleted it again because the publicication to facebook didn’t work and I found a hint in a forum that just updating (modify the checkbox) woud’t be sufficient. I had to write a new bog (with the same content) and publicize it with the checkbox aready set.
