  Are you aware that Google + deliberately chooses not to provide such an app and why that is? They want original content only. They do not want the duplicate content that’s spammed throughout social networks.

  What you can do is that every time you publish a new post, you can go to that post on your site and use the Google + sharing button below the post to share it on your Google + page.

  As Timethief says, Google has not provided any way for WordPress, or anyone else, to do this automatically via publicize.
