Publicize – Twitter followers not updating after connecting

  Hello! I have the same problem as (https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/twitter-followers-not-updating-on-stats-or-blog-widget-publicize/) – after connecting my twitter, my subscribers count doesn’t seem to have updated. I was wondering if an admin could force a refresh like how it was solved above and see if it would fix this?

  Just kidding…I unchecked the publicize function once when posting a tester post and it seems to have reverted again. Could an admin force a refresh again (and maybe shed some light on how I can prevent this in the future)?

  Hi there!

  I’ve refreshed it on our end. Can you check to see if it’s showing the correct count now?
