Publicize with Facebook-shared accounts-merged facebook profile….

  Yesterday, August 3rd, I tried to add my husband’s Facebook account to blog publicize so went to settings…Shared…add account. This then showed my name with shared. However, on my husbands facebook account it changed his account setting to mine! So I deleted the shared account from WordPress and started over with the Publicize blog and set it up again for Facebook. However, the accounts on my husbands FB are still messed up—any ideas? Help!   Hi there,

  Just so that I’m sure I understand what’s going on, it sounds like you’ve got the wrong Facebook accounts coming up in Publicize when you check in the Settings >> Sharing menu area.

  If that’s the case, you will want to make sure that you clear those connections out completely. You can do so by following the instructions which are included right here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#reconnecting-facebook

  For that last step, reconnect using the correct Facebook account, and you should be good to go!

  If I misunderstood the issue, I apologize! If you could explain it to me again, I’d appreciate it!
