    The authors have deleted this blog.

    Not much to publicize – look in the Forum, yours is the single most ask question here – either search the Forum or just page back a couple of days – probably 12 threads in the last 48 hours on this alone – and hundreds if not thousands of ideas in the Forum – Look and your will find.
