On my French site I created a blog post (https://logicielsdemarque.com/les-toasts-sont-pretes)
The post information is not publishing the Category. Instead it displays
<PH ID='MTC_1" EQUIV-TEXT="BASE64:JXM="/>
It shoud display “PUBLIÉ DANS NOUVELLES”. My English site, which is the same setup and theme other than the WordPress Language displays things correctly:

Any clues as to where to sort this problem out? I’m guessing it maybe a theme issue. Responsive theme Single Page Biz, Gutenberg editor.

We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.
The good news is that because you use the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the community forums here:
