    Hi, @goesnick12,

Is this the site you need assistance with?

The blog I need help with is goestraveler.wordpress.com.

Depending on what type of information you wish to post, you may be best to create a page that isn’t on a menu. Some background information:

    Post Visibility:

Private – The post will be visible only to blog Editors and Administrators. Private posts are not visible in the Reader, feeds, or in any search. A post can be private without being password protected.
Password Protected -The post will be protected with a password you choose. Only those with the password can view this post.

Post Visibility is tough b/c with Private, only Editors and Administrators will see it. With password protected, yeah, everyone needs the password. Page Visibility (https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-visibility/) works the same way.

What I have done in the past is to create a page that isn’t on any menu. You can then link to that. Do you think that will work for you?

If so, be sure to uncheck the Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu on your Customizing>Main Menu settings. See here for the support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#2-add-menu-items

If this doesn’t help, let us know how you specifically would like to use it, that may provide us with another solution for you.

    Best Regards!
