Publish button missing

Hi everyone. Simply put, the publish button on my site has disappeared, so I cannot post anything to my site. I’ve heard that deactivating plugins or switching the theme may get rid of the problem, but I am not sure how to deactivate the plugins. There is no option in my settings to deactivate them.

The publish button on your site is working fine for me.
Please try the troubleshooting steps @timethief posted above and see if any of those help.
