Publish button missing after 4.0 upgrade

  Publish button missing after 4.0 upgrade. Previous suggestions in the forums have not corrected the issue. I am the administrator. Drafts can be saved, but no post (standard or custom) can be published. I’m dead in the water here.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m afraid you’re in the wrong forum. This support forum is for free WordPress.com blogs. You appear to have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG install. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
