Publish button replaced by Review

    This blog was set up a few years ago (2014), but with very little content. I have admin access it seems, but neither the post I did in 2014 nor the one I just tried to do in the last week or so was published. They show as drafts waiting for review. Unfortunately I do not know who started the site, nor who would be supposed to review. I would like to update the site for he organization. Can you help?
