Publish date as seconds format

    Hello, I have story based page. People follow story and answer them by queue. But sometimes 2 people answer at the same time, and it just corrupts storyline. I had solution for that, changing answer’s publish date time so that they queue as answer date. But there is only “minimum minute format”. Is there any chance to add “seconds format” on Publish date?
