'Publish Immediately' and 'Visibility' Section have disappeared from Publish Box

    When adding a new post or editing an old post, the sections:

    ‘Publish: Immediately’
    ‘Visibility’

    have disappeared from the publish box on the right hand side, meaning I cannot schedule posts anymore. Does anyone know how I can get these back and what has happened?
