Publish is not update to show

    hi guy

    i get the problem as below,

    Our site have the membership system(non member also can see our new post article, but cannot read the content) when i publish the new post, it cannot show out in website real time. Before i have using WP-Optimize this plugin to clear cache, but after this plugin update seems get lose this function. I am not sure why cannot publish the post and show it on website on the real time.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
