  I am trying to publish my website at https://cpsystemssolution.wordpress.com/ to cpsystemssolution.com.au (which is managed by VentraIP Australia).

  Would like to know how can I do above.

  To use your WordPress.com site with the cpsystemssolution.com.au domain, you’ll need to upgrade to one of our paid plans. Then you can use our domain connection upgrade, included in the plan, to add that domain to your site.

  1: do I follow the process in https://wordpress.com/support/domains/incoming-domain-transfer/ ?

  2: am i further charged by wordpress if I need to update my website ?

  No, you need to follow the Domain Connection instructions:

  https://wordpress.com/en/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

  2: am i further charged by wordpress if I need to update my website ?

  If you’re referring to WordPress software updates, the answer is no. We’re handling those updates for you at no additional cost.

  3: Is there someone in wordpress that I can chat with?

  Since you’re currently on our Free plan, support is provided on this forum. However, to be able to chat with our support, you’ll have to upgrade to our Pro plan.
