publish post using tags, but not publish them to home page

  Hi All,

  I am trying to create a functionality very similar to “Daily Videos” at http://www.labnol.org

  If you go to http://www.labnol.org and click on “Daily Videos”, link goes to http://www.labnol.org/tag/video/ and it shows all posts tagged by video. But at the sametime these video donot appear on the main page.

  Could anybody decipher this trick for me?
