publish the same post in multiple wordpress sites

  I’m trying to find a way to publish the same post on two wordpress blogs. Kind of like publicize, but instead of to a facebook page, or tumblr, or another blog domain, I want it to go to another wordpress blog I run. Kind of like these instructions: http://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/how-to-publish-to-multiple-wordpress-sites-from-a-single-install/
  but those seem out of date because I can’t find that in the settings on my dashboard.

  These instructions are for WordPress.org sites/blogs.
  And https://holinomad.wordpress.com/ is a WordPress.com site/blog

  Ah, I see. Thank you.
  Do you know if there’s a way to accomplish a similar thing for wordpress.com domains then?

  I am afraid that is not possible.
  In addition, Google penalizes duplicate content.
