Publish To A Specific Page

    Hi, all of my published posts only go to my ‘Blog’ page. How do I publish a post to one of my specific pages and not have all of my posts go to the same place? Thanks!

    Hi @wrinawrites,

    Posts automatically publish to whichever page you have designated as the Blog. If you want to publish to one of your static pages you would need to edit that page, add the information you would like to publish to it, and hit publish. It won’t be published like your blog content (reverse-chronological running posts – that is only for Blog), but it will be published to the static page of your choice.

    Another option is to create links in your main menu that are associated with the Categories you create for your posts. For example, your main menu may have Home, Blog, and Contact in it; and if you have a particular Category of posts that you want to have collated and accessible in a separate section – like Quotes – you can assign all those posts to the Category Quotes and then place a link for Quotes in your main menu. Your main menu would now be Home, Blog, Contact, Quotes. When someone viewing your site navigates to Quotes in the main menu it will open a page with all your posts that are gathered under that category.
