publish to facebook in POST/PUBLISH sidebar has disappeared

    first off, my wp site has been up since 2010. i’ve been auto-posting to facebook since the beginning, today, a scheduled post did not post to facebook. i checked the page to see if i had forgotten to check the box to auto post it to FB. lo and behold, the area where i check where i post (facebook, linkedin, etc) is gone. i then created a new page to test if perhaps a new post would act differently than a scheduled post. i can schedule a date and time. but the area where i checked to auto post to social media is gone. i went into marketing to see if perhaps something there had changed. all my connections are still valid. it’s just there area in the POST sidebar under PUBLISH where i apparently no longer have the ability to auto post to facebook, etc. yesterday i could. today — i can’t. would love some help.

    it’s just there area in the POST sidebar under PUBLISH where i apparently no longer have the ability to auto post to facebook, etc. yesterday i could.

    If the Jetpack sidebar disappeared on you (that’s where you’d add a message for social media), you can bring it back by clicking on the ellipsis in the top right corner of the screen and then clicking on “Jetpack” that appears in the middle of the sidebar. You can pin that open so that the green icon appears in the top of the right sidebar by clicking on the star at the top of the Jetpack sidebar.
