  how can I know that it is publish or anybody can see?

  The site I need help with is epimdc.wordpress.com.

  To make your website visible to everyone you need to make it Public from the Privacy Settings as explained in this post https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/ I visited your website and I see it’s already public.

  Your site is online but needs a front page. Either publish the page you wish to display there or set the correct page (most people choose the blog page) via Customize/Homepage settings.
