Publish without listing in Categories and Last published articles?

    I will like to publish text without listing in Categories and Last published articles. In media there seems to be possible to upload only pictures, sounds and movies, but probably not text. I would like to handle some text in the same way as media objects. That is to include this text in more than one articles. How can this be done?

    The most important aspect here is to avoid that all published text are listed in Last published article list. In some cases there will be short texts which I assume have to be written as articles. I hope to avoid that, but so far it seems like all new articles ends up in Last published articles list.
