Publish without notifying

  I would like to publish a lot of old posts from another blog but I don’t want any notifications to go out to followers for them. Is there a way I can turn the notifications off?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I asked about this in the past, and I don’t believe you can… while the blog is public. But, you might check out this thread:

  The gist of it is to make your blog private and then publish the posts while it’s private. Then, go back and make it public again. Also, you can backdate posts in draft form.
