I don’t have enough information to help you. Information such as:
The URL of the blog in question;
The title of the post;
The URL of the post. -
Be sure you are crystal clear on the differences between Posts and Pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleted-posts-and-pages/
If the post was created on the dashboard of your own blog at Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Add New then you ought to be able to recover a lost post or page from revisions if needs be.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-revisions/
See also if applicable > restoring from trash http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#restoring-from-trash(If you are referring to a page then see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-revisions/)
But if the post was created here http://wordpress.com/#!/post/ there is no means of recovery as the auto-save is not functioning there.
Always create your posts on the dashboard of your own blog at
Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Add New
The auto-save works there and the post will be Standard post format unless you change it.Do not create posts here > http://wordpress.com/#!/post/ where the auto-save is not working and where you are creating an Aside post format.
Use an offline blog editor so you have backups on your own computer http://en.support.wordpress.com/xml-rpc/

If you are referring to a static page know that they site outside the blog structure and do not automatically update.

Two Points
1) many times failure to update is because of a local caching issue, your browser is saving an old page to save on bandwidth and make loading quicker, some routers and ISP’s do the same thing
Try forcing a page update with your browser
2) You did not ask about this – but your site is very slow loading with a ton of graphics – I did not stick around to see if you just have large pictures or many many pictures on the front page – I got tired of waiting for the site to load – also consider using the More Tag to you don’t force visitors to load tons of stuff they don’t care about each time they visit – slow loading sits are a major turn off and search engines will down rate your site for slow speed
