Published Blog Posts Did not Appear on Blog Page

Hi WordPress Team and Forum Friends,
Recently, I published two blog posts on our website(eventoptionsblog.wordpress.com): The first one is called ‘2023 Florida Event Trends: 9 Key Insights for Corporate Event Professionals’; The second blog’s title is ‘Breaking the Mold: 7 Innovative Team-Building Activities to Transform Your Corporate Event’.
After clicking the publish button and setting the visibility to ‘Public’, we can see these two blogs in the ‘Posts’ section of our backend menu. However, when we visit our website, we cannot see them on the Blog page.
(https://eventoptionsblog.wordpress.com/blog/).We can see these two new posts on homepage after changing the homepage displays to display ‘the latest posts’. Now I have two major questions that I kindly ask for your help:
1) How can I make our Blog Page showcase these two blog posts. I wonder if published blogs will automatically appear in the Blog Page of our website. Do we need to manually add the blog posts to the Blog Page ourselves every time we publish?
2) Now our homepage shows the entire bogs, how can we only show the front photo+title+excerpt only?Thank you so much for your help in advance.

The default page to display all the posts on your site is currently your homepage:
https://eventoptionsblog.wordpress.com/
I can see all the posts displayed there properly.
On the your Blog page (https://eventoptionsblog.wordpress.com/blog/), where you are using the Block Post Block to display your posts, you have selected in the block options to display two specific posts:
This is why all your other posts are not displayed on that page. If you want to display all your posts, you must deactivate the Choose Specific Posts option.
