Published blog posts do not match my editing page even after clearing cache

I’ve noticed that when I publish a blog post, the published page does not match the layout of the editing page. I’ve cleared the cache as many WordPress forums have suggested, I’ve made detailed changes to the specific blog post settings to see if it would work better, but I’m stuck with the same issues each time. I’ve attached images to show what type of issues that I’m having with details explaining the editing vs. published differences. What can I do to fix these types of issues as listed below?

    1. Photos and caption.

    2. Separators and hyperlinks. Heading differences as well but not as much of an issue.

    3. Small issue but more just for aesthetic purposes.

    4. Text and photos with the same or similar alignment/settings but with a different outcome.

Hi, when the published post looks different from what you see in the editor, and clearing cache doesn’t help, it’s often related to how the theme or templates are affecting the final page rather than the post content itself.

If you’re able to share the site URL (or even a specific post URL), that would make it much easier to see what’s happening on the published side.

In the meantime, a couple of things you can check from your dashboard:
    • Whether your theme uses templates or global blocks that might be altering the layout on published pages
    • Whether the differences are mostly layout/styling or if parts of the content itself are missing

Once you can narrow that down, it’s usually easier to pinpoint the cause.

This usually happens because the editor preview and the live site use different theme styles. Even if the layout looks fine in the editor, the front end can apply extra CSS that changes spacing or alignment. Try checking for custom CSS or temporarily disabling plugins to see if something is causing the difference. Also make sure your theme fully supports the block editor.
