Published Page is not showing up

  I’ve published 2 pages – both are set to public and to publish intermediately. They say they are published but do not show up.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What are the names (and URLs) of these pages and where are you expecting them to appear?

  The name of one is Session & Investment Info
  It is supposed to go under the Photography page.
  The URL is http://taniapalermo.com/photography/session-investment-info/

  Do you have it set up to be a child page in your menu?

  Yes. The parent is Photography and the page that’s not showing up is the child
