Published Page Not Showing Up In Tags

I just published this post:
It did not show up in any of the tags (for instance, when I went to the main wordpress page and clicked on the ‘books’ tag, it wasn’t there) To make sure that my post hadn’t just been swept away by a lot of other people posting about the same tag, I checked in one of the more obscure tags (Robbie Robins). But, as you can see, its not there:

Are there sometimes delays in a post being added to the ‘tag heap’ so to speak? Or did I use too many tags on this post?

You used too many tags. I believe the limit is 12 if you want the post to appear in the global pages.

WordPress instituted the limit due to tag spammers, so you can blame the tag spammers who in some cases were putting the exact same 100 tags on each post whether they were appropriate or not.

Oh I see, that’s very clever. I can see how that came to pass, bloody spammers. Thank you for letting me know anyway.
