Published pages not showing up on my website

  I have seven published pages but only five show up. Any thoughts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’re using a custom menu. So you probably published the other two pages after creating the menu. You need to go to Appearance > Menus and update the menu manually. You can also check the option “Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu” so that you won’t have to add future pages manually.
