Published pages showing as 404

Hi
Im having an issue with a self-hosted blog (- http://new.kivc.com
) and there are pages which are showing up as 404 when published, and also when previewing the page from within the dashboard.
The odd thing is that these are child pages for the same parent page – the parent is showing its page.. and the child pages from other parent pages are showing as well.
If anyone can help me out with this – the pages in question are Referral Program -> How it Works and -> Testimonials .Thanks in advance
