published pages turning to blank templates
-
I have typed 3 pages for my website: About, FAQs and a contact page. When I publish them they are reverting to a ‘Contact page template’ – even those pages which I didn’t use a Contact page template to start with.
Please can you help me to resolve this glitch please? I have tried to sort it by deleting the pages and starting again, but the problem still occurs. I have tried on my laptop and my mobile device and the problem happens on both. Help!

Howdy –
Thanks for writing to our team! We can help you get that sorted.
On the site menu I see About – FAQ – Contact
When clicking on the About and FAQ option I am taken to the contact page instead.
Your contact page is also linked to the Contact text in the menu. This is right and no changes are needed.
The menu is going to fix itself once those pages are updated to contain the correct content and the contact form is removed from them. If you look at the pages here, you’ll see they all have a contact form on them. Which is what you’re seeing in the site menu too. Edit each one to include the content that you wish to have displayed, and leave the contact page as it is. Once those pages have been updated the menu will work as you wish.
Write back if more help is needed. Cheers!
