Published post disappeared a few hours later

    Hi there

    I had a post scheduled last night (9 October 2014). It was automatically posted to my twitter and Facebook accounts.
    The problem is…from the Facebook page when clicking on the post… it said ‘page not found’.

    I checked on the Dashboard and I found a draft of the post, but it was the very first draft from 3 October. This is very frustrating as I have reworked the article about 10 times since.

    The thing is…I know I uploaded and saved everything (I am particular about clicking ‘save draft’ frequently). I also know I did everything right because it published with a photo, and I actually uploaded the photo to the post last.

    Hi there, that is a strange occurrence, and I don’t have any idea how something like that could happen.

    I’ve marked this thread for staff assistance, which means one of the happiness engineers will look into this problem as soon as they can. Note–it could take a couple of days for them to get to you, especially since it’s a Sunday. They also answer questions from the “back” of the line–since posting on a thread moves it back to the top, responding to the thread, or “bumping” it to ask for a status update actually increases your wait time.

    Hi there!

    This is very strange! I was able to see exactly what you are talking about! I was wondering a couple things before I report this to our developers:

    1) Were you using the new editor or the classic editor in your Dashboard when you scheduled this post?

    2) Also which is the last draft that you wanted published in your Revisions?
