Published post is now empty. How to retrieve lost content?

  One of my recent posts has just completely lost all its content apart from the title and featured image. I worked really hard on it, and I’m pretty annoyed to see that it has just all disappeared overnight. I haven’t edited it since Saturday, and it was fine when I checked yesterday, but now it is completely empty. How do I get this content back?
