published post not reaching subscribers
-
I published a new post almost 30 minutes ago and no subscribers I have checked with have received it by email. I am one of those subscribers and also haven’t received it. (I have been writing this blog for 9 years and this problem has come up occasionally — I’m quite sure it is NOT due to spam filters.)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
If your users are not receiving the email notifications then please perform the following checks:
1.First check to make sure you are the author of the post.
2.Check the Discussion Settings page to make sure email notifications are activated.
https://wordpress.com/settings/discussion/
3.Check the Notifications page to be sure you haven’t blocked all emails from WordPress.com.

4.Ask them to check the spam folder in their email program to make sure the messages were not sent there by mistake. If they’re using Gmail, please check out Gmail troubleshooting guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/
Please refer this support article for more details on email notifications: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/#what-if-the-emails-are-not-getting-through
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Hi there,
Can you please provide the email addresses of some of the subscribers who didn’t receive the emails? Then I can check if the emails were sent or if those people are perhaps not subscribed to email notifications or blocking email notifications.
Type each email address on their own line, and only staff will be able to see them.

3.Check the Notifications page to be sure you haven’t blocked all emails from WordPress.com.There is nothing a site owner can do to check this, as site owners have no control over notifications on their site. None of those settings for the site owner or blog will have any impact whatsoever on whether subscribers receive emails or not. The only thing a site owner can do to prevent email notifications from going out is to set a site to private before publishing a post.
The only thing the OP can do themselves is to refer their followers to our email and subscriptions support docs, as the followers themselves are the ones who need to check their settings and email accounts here.
