Published post not showing in Jetpack app

hi, I published a post on WordPress a few days ago. It is not showing on the Jetpack app. I have cleared the cache, refreshed, deleted the app and reinstalled but still nothing. I went through the steps with AI but it suggested I try the forum.

Hi there, when you say it’s not showing on the Jetpack app, do you mean in the list of your published posts on your site or in the Reader? Also let us know which post is involved.

hi, I published it on or around 13 December. It was not showing on the Reader. The post is ‘Jamaican Black Cake’.
A few days ago I then searched for posts of that name using the search facility in Jetpack, found my post, re-blogged it, and the reblogged version now shows in Jetpack Reader.

Hm, that’s a bit odd. I see the reblogged post in the Reader when I search specifically for “Jamaican Black Cake” in a web browser, but not the original post. In your site’s Reader feed at https://wordpress.com/reader/feeds/46817669 I see both.
Is this the first or only time this has happened?

it’s the first time it has happened, it’s really odd, makes no sense to me. If it was a glitch in the Jetpack app, I would have thought others would mention it was happening to them, but I’ve not seen anything.

Being a one-off event, unless there are other site owner reports of this or you see this happening frequently on your own site, it’s unlikely it will be on staff or dev’s radar to investigate. Regardless, thanks for reporting this.
