published post not showing on main page

  Hi, I published a post today but it is not showing on my main page. It is listed, however, under “recent posts”. So when you go to my general web address you see my old post. Not sure if I did something wrong (I have posted a lot but not in the last month)or wordpress is having a weird glitch. Any ideas?

  No, it could be that the timestamp was set ahead of the time you actually published it.

  Go to settings > general and check the time offset from UTC/GMT and make sure it is set correctly for your time zone. It could be that you did not reset it when daylight saving time came around.

  It could also just have been a temporary server glitch at wordpress.
