Our team doesn’t have a set timeline for this issue, so I truly don’t have any updates yet — I’ve checked with them again to see if they have any progress to share about the issue, and as soon as I have any more details I will let you know.

Good news! Our team just pushed out a fix for the issue with videos not playing on iPads. (They were going to launch it along with some other fixes, but those are still under development so they went ahead and launched this fix now.) Please take a look and let me know if you have any further trouble accessing VideoPress videos on mobile devices.

Thank You and the tech team. I checked it on the iPad Air. And it works! Now I am a happy customer. Tomorrow i will check it om the iPad 2. I let you know if there is still a problem. -

Hi there,
Just now, a new problem seems to have cropped up: the videos in question [see my post above] don’t work with the WP-App on a smartphone [Galaxy Note 4]. I only get a blank spot where the video should be. With any browser it works fine, though. Maybe your techs can solve that bug, too. It seems to reside in the WP-App.
