How do I make a layered quote as shown on Publisher theme demo?

The Quote post format allows you to add quote text, which will show as a stylized block.
To use it, create a new post, select Quote from the Format box, add a title, and then add your text to be displayed in the quote block. To add a citation name, go to a new line, enter the name and italicize the text. This will style the name differently from the quote. You can also set a Featured Image here, which will be used as a transparent background behind the quote.

Thank you for that answer, it works well.
I have another question about the same theme. On the demo they show a video in the post teasers on the Home page (https://arraythemes.com/themes/publisher-wordpress-theme/) .In this demo it is possible to play the video in the post teaser on that page. I have found no way to place a video as the featured image to make it appear on the Home page. The best I can do is embed it in the body copy and have it available when you return to the full post.
Help please if you can.
