Publishing a page

I have been trying to publish a page for the last two days. When I click “publish”, it starts to do so…then stays in that mode and won’t publish. Any ideas?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please edit the page, check the “Publish” box and be sure the page in question has not been published “privately”.
How are you accessing the internet and WordPress.com?
Which browser and version of it are you using please?

Internet Explorer (latest version), clicked publish button, no “private” checked. I have shut down, rebooted, etc. When I click “publish” it starts the ‘circle spin’ and just keeps spinning.

I don’t know what I just did, but it worked! After about 10 attempts…it published. Thank you for your time.
