Publishing a plugin on the wordpress frontend

  Hi there,

  I am an absolute beginner with wordpress and I wonder how I can manage to publish
  a plugin I installed in my wordpress-frontend?
  I have installed a banner-plugin succesfully and added to banners.
  But I can’t manage that they appear in my blog.
  Do I have to paste any code in the post, or how can I make it happen, that this
  plugin is visible in the blog?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated,

  I think you have the independently-hosted version of WordPress, in which case we won’t be able to help you. Blogs hosted by WordPress.com work differently.
