publishing an edited page

  I have a website page that displays images of Word documents in jpg form and I deleted 1 of the images from media and uploaded a new one and I clicked Save and Publish and whenever I go to the website, the Old image is there, but when I’m in the Admin, the new one is visible, but the data still says that it was published in September, the date of the original image. How do I make the new one show up?

  This is the page with the problem — the 3rd form now won’t even show.
