Publishing Contributors

  Newbie here; be gentle. I’ve read everything about the four roles and how to add more authors/users. If I add users as Contributors, I understand that they can edit their posts but cannot publish. So how does the publishing happen? Will I get an email alerting me that a contributed post is waiting to be published by me (the Administrator)? Thanks for the help.
