publishing direct to the site and email addresses

Hello I would like an email address that is registered to the domain. I.e (email visible only to moderators and staff). I would also like an email address that people can email blog posts to and those posts are published to my site directly. How can I do this? Thank you
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I would like an email address that is registered to the domain. I.e (email visible only to moderators and staff).
You have a couple choices for adding email to your domain. The quickest option is to set up Email Forwarding. That way, people can email you at an address like (email visible only to moderators and staff) and their emails will be forwarded to your regular email address, where you can respond to them.
Another option, if you’d like full email service, is to add email from another email service provider. The exact steps for doing that depend on which email provider you choose — if you have any questions about setting that up, just let me know what provider you’re using and I can help with that process. :)
I would also like an email address that people can email blog posts to and those posts are published to my site directly.
You can set up Post by Email for that. To get started, head to your My Blogs page in the WP Admin dashboard.
On that page, you can enable post by email, which will give you an email address where anyone can email posts to be published directly to your site. Please be careful who you give that email address out to — anyone who has the address can publish directly to your site, so it’s best to keep it secret and only give it out privately to people you trust.
Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

Thanks Rachel. I want anyone to be able to post to my blog. The point of the blog is to act as a repository for people’s stories about a particular subject, but I would like a method where I can approve them before they go live. Is that not possible?

Hi there,
You have a couple options if you want to approve the posts first:
One is to set up a Contact Form on your site, which people can use to submit stories. Then, you can take those submissions and turn them into posts on your blog.
Another option is to add users as contributors to your site. That way, if someone is interested in writing for your blog you can add them as a contributor user on your site — they’ll be able to write posts directly for the blog, but you’ll have to approve the posts before they are published. We have more details about Inviting Contributors, Followers, and Viewers to your site if you’re interested in that approach.
The first option is better if you’d like any visitors who comes to the blog to be able to quickly submit a story, but the second works well if you want to have regular contributors to the blog.
